A 23-year-old woman eluded police and crashed her vehicle into the First Presbyterian Church at the corner of Walker Avenue and Siskiyou Boulevard.

Friday 9:07 a.m. — Police received a report of sexual abuse from a juvenile by another juvenile in the Ashland area from the Talent Police Department. The case is under investigation.

Friday 10:44 a.m. — Police received a report of credit card fraud in the 500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. The case is currently under investigation.

Friday 1:27 p.m. — A 68-year-old man was arrested on a warrant out of Lake County Circuit Court for negotiating a bad check. He was cited and released at the scene.

Friday 2:30 p.m. — A 37-year-old man was arrested for possession of heroin and marijuana in the 100 block of Fifth Street. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail. He was additionally arrested for three warrants including failure to appear in a circuit court for driving while suspended, failure to appear in a municipal court for driving while suspended, and failure to appear in court for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Friday 5:07 p.m. — A 39-year-old woman was cited for criminal mistreatment after she left her elderly father in the hospital lobby for three and a half hours so she could take her son to the movies. The case will be forwarded to the district attorney's office.

Friday 5:41 p.m. — Police arrested a 27-year-old man for violating a restraining order in the 100 block of Fifth Street.

Friday 5:49 p.m. — A dog at large was transported to animal control in the 1300 block of Iowa Street.

Friday 6:45 p.m. — Police arrested a 26-year-old man on a warrant. A woman who was with the man at the time also had a valid warrant. She fled the area and is still outstanding at this time.

Saturday 12:19 a.m. — A woman saw a man looking into her neighbor's apartment window in the 1200 block of Quincy Street. He fled on foot, and was described as a white male adult in his early twenties, with a height of about 5'9" or 5'10" with a medium build and a light and freckled complexion. He was wearing a gray T-shirt, long dark blue or black shorts and a black baseball cap.

Saturday 2 a.m. — A woman was taken into protective custody on Lithia Way and North Pioneer Street after police determined she was highly intoxicated. She was transported to the Moore Center in Medford for detox.

Saturday 7:58 a.m. — Police assisted Medford Police in the return of property in the 600 block of Oak Street.

Saturday 4:38 p.m. — A juvenile was reported as a runaway in the 500 block of Lithia Way and was later located.

Saturday 8:48 p.m. — A driver was cited after he exceeded the speed limit in the 2800 block of Diane Street, causing him to lose control and crash into a parked vehicle.

Sunday 2:13 a.m. — A 23-year-old woman eluded police and crashed her vehicle into the First Presbyterian Church at the corner of Walker Avenue and Siskiyou Boulevard. She and her passenger sustained injuries and were transported to Rogue Valley Medical Center.

Sunday 12:22 p.m. — Police took a known male into protective custody in the 400 block of Beach Street and transported him to the psychiatric care unit at Rogue Valley Medical Center.

Sunday 2:46 p.m. — Police received a report of possible abuse in the Ashland area. The case is currently under investigation.

Sunday 4:20 p.m. — A 26-year-old man was arrested for trespassing in the 1600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. He was additionally cited for drinking in public and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
