Police responded to a report of a moving domestic dispute that occurred near the corner of Spring Hill Drive and Tolman Creek Road.

Wednesday 7:37 a.m. — Police arrested a 40-year-old man for driving under the influence of intoxicants, harassment, assault and possession of a controlled substance on Mallard Drive. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Wednesday 7:52 a.m. — An unknown person turned in a found wallet. The item was stored in police lost and found, and the owner was notified by mail.

Wednesday 7:57 a.m. — Police received a report of graffiti at Ashland High School.

Wednesday 11:14 a.m. — A briefcase was found in the phone booth on Gresham Street near the library.

Wednesday 3:26 p.m. — Police impounded a 25-year-old man's vehicle after he was found to be driving without insurance or registration during a traffic stop on North Main and Bush streets. His license was also suspended.

Wednesday 4:59 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a moving domestic dispute that occurred near the corner of Spring Hill Drive and Tolman Creek Road. The victim did not wish to cooperate or press charges.

Wednesday 6:07 p.m. — Police cited a driver for failure to obey a traffic control device after a traffic collision on North Main Street.

Wednesday 7:53 p.m. — Albertson's reported the theft of beer from their store.

Thursday 1:46 a.m. — Police cited a 20-year-old man for minor in possession of alcohol on Granite Street.

Thursday 2:21 a.m. — Police arrested a 23-year-old woman for driving under the influence of intoxicants during a traffic stop on Wightman and Lee streets. Her vehicle was impounded, and she was transported to the Ashland Police Department where she blew .19 BAC and was cited and released.
