Wednesday 11:18 p.m. — Police confiscated a woman's driver's license during a traffic stop on Third Street and Lithia Way after discovering her driving privileges were suspended in Oregon. The vehicle was released to the passenger.
Thursday 12:47 a.m. — Police arrested a 38-year-old man for driving under the influence of intoxicants during a traffic stop for failing to maintain his lane on Liberty and Iowa streets. After he failed field sobriety tests, he was transported to Ashland Police Department where police determined that his impairment was the result of diabetic complications. He was treated by paramedics and then cited and released.
Thursday 3:06 a.m. — An Ashland police officer performed a drug influence evaluation on a person arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants by the Oregon State Police.
