Ashland residents George and Susan Orrego will open a new business called Yogurt Hut in early May at 140 Lithia Way. Yogurt Hut customers will serve themselves, choosing from 10 different frozen yogurt flavors, adding toppings and paying by the ounce. The yogurt shop will have a tropical feel, the Orrego's said.

T's Restaurant & Bar, at 303 E Main St., will reopen next week under new ownership. The restaurant was recently sold to Marc Rosewood, co-owner of Pangea, and Julie O'Dwyer. Rosewood and O'Dwyer plan to offer mostly tapas, or small plates, and cocktails, Rosewood said. Depending on the night of the week, the fine-dining restaurant will be open until as late as 2 a.m., he said.
