Faith Rivera will offer her interactive sing-and dance-along concert, "New You, New Earth," on Saturday.

Visiting from Los Angeles, Faith Rivera will offer her interactive sing-and-dance-along concert, "New You, New Earth," at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, March 21, at The Center for Spiritual Living, 1119 Ellen Ave., Medford.

This is the first in a "High-Vibe" concert series being produced by CSL's new Music Director, Laura Derocher. A local performer herself, and a leader in the international Positive Music Association, Derocher encourages people to feed themselves with melodious antidotes to the bad news that fills our ears, minds and hearts these days.

"Faith Rivera offers songs that remind you of your power and the goodness in the world," Derocher said. "Her songs highlight choices we can make to create more of what we want in our lives instead of more of what we don't want. Plus, Faith is among the best and most inspiring songwriters and performers I've ever encountered."

Rivera travels globally as a positive music artist and has backed up musical greats from Luther Vandross to Neil Young. She has appeared with top transformational leaders like Marianne Williamson, Neale Donald Walsch and Rev. Michael Beckwith, to name a few. Her music is heard on TV shows like "ER," "Scrubs" and more. She has won an Emmy Award for Best Song.

Rivera's CDs offer head-bopping grooves and beautiful ballads delivered with Rivera's stunning vocals—a cross between Norah Jones' intimate delivery, Kelly Clarkson's boldness and Mariah Carey's soul-filled approach. Born and raised in Hawaii, Rivera has always flavored her music with a warm, welcoming spirit of aloha. To sample Rivera's artistry, visit www.faithrivera.com.
