Friday 6 p.m. — Police picked up a found camcorder at the Chevron station on the 2500 block of Ashland Street.
Friday 6:22 p.m. — A man reported damage to the tailgate of his truck after an unknown person ran into it Thursday while it was parked on the 100 block of Laurel Street.
Friday 11:22 p.m. — Police arrested a 22-year-old man for driving under the influence of intoxicants after he was stopped for traffic violations at the intersection of Siskiyou Boulevard and Mistletoe Road. He was cited and released to a sober adult.
Saturday 5:45 p.m. — Police arrested a 23-year-old man from the 1300 block of Madrone Street on a warrant for sexual assault out of Sonoma County, Calif. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
Saturday 6:05 p.m. — Police cited a driver for a dangerous left turn after the driver caused a crash on the 1600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.
Saturday 6:27 p.m. —Police lodged a man on Quincy Street to the detox facility because he was too intoxicated to care for himself.
Saturday 10:30 p.m. — Police found a backpack with a container of vodka inside hidden in the bushes on the 200 block of Hersey Street. There were no clues as to the owner of the backpack.
Saturday 11:23 p.m. — Police cited two juveniles for minor in possession of alcohol on Siskiyou Boulevard. They were released to their parents.
Sunday 11:10 a.m. — Police took a woman into custody after it was determined she was a danger to herself and others. After a mental health evaluation determined she was sane, police arrested her for assault, harassment for pushing her mother and causing injury, and criminal mischief for spitting in the patrol car she was transported in.
Sunday 12:58 p.m. — A man reported hit and run damage to his vehicle while it was parked on the 100 block of Central Avenue.
Sunday 4:40 p.m. — Police arrested a 24-year-old man for assault, strangulation and harassment while responding to a domestic disturbance on the 700 block of Clay Street. Police determined that he punched and choked his father in the presence of his 3-year-old daughter.
Sunday 9:49 p.m. — Police cited a man for riding a motorcycle without insurance or a motorcycle endorsement after stopping him for traffic violations at the intersection of Siskiyou Boulevard and Wightman Street.
Sunday 10:23 p.m. — Police cited three juveniles for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana at the intersection of Walker Avenue and Iowa Street. They were released to their parents and referred to the Jackson County Juvenile Department.
Monday 12:31 a.m. — Police reported a broken window on a bus stop cover on Siskiyou Boulevard near Morse Street.
Monday 1:23 a.m. — Police arrested a 39-year-old man on two counts of domestic assault, assault, harassment and reckless endangering on the 100 block of Garfield Street. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
