Police Reports

Sunday 8 a.m. — An unknown suspect threw a rock through a window at the Patricia Sprague real estate office.

Monday 9:47 a.m. — A man reported that someone stole two custom signs purchased collectively by neighbors and posted on Third Street at A and B streets between Sunday evening and Monday morning. The signs read "Every person in every house on this block is voting for Obama."

Monday 4:34 p.m. — Police responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of East Main Street and Campus Way causing an estimated damage of $1,500. No citations were issued.

Monday 6:23 p.m. — Police interrupted a drug deal on the 100 block of East Main Street. Both parties, a 22-year-old man and a 21-year-old man, admitted to the sale of marijuana, and police confiscated both the drugs and $20. Both men were lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Monday 8:18 p.m. — Police found an adult male who was too intoxicated to care for himself and was lodged at detox.

Monday 10:11 p.m. — Police stopped a man for traffic violations at the intersection of North Main and Church streets and discovered he had no insurance. He was cited and his vehicle was impounded.

Monday 11:38 p.m. — Police cited a juvenile for minor in possession of alcohol at the intersection of Siskiyou Boulevard and Beswick Way. He was released to a parent.
