Police reports

Friday 1:14 p.m. — Police cited two people for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana at the intersection of East Main and Pioneer streets.

Friday 4:04 p.m. — Police reported graffiti on a fire department sign on Ashland Street.

Friday 4:31 p.m. — Police reported graffiti on a dumpster in the alley behind Ashland Public Library.

Friday 4:44 p.m. — Police cited a 21-year-old man for allowing his dog to run in the plaza.

Friday 6:20 p.m. — Police cited a man and a juvenile for skateboarding on the plaza.

Friday 8:06 p.m. — Police stopped a man for a traffic violation on North Main Street near the plaza and discovered he did not have a valid driver's license. Police confiscated his license and issued a citation.

Friday 10:06 p.m. — Police contacted a 36-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man who appeared to be having a domestic disturbance in a parking lot on Ashland Street. Both provided false names and were in possession of a car and checkbook stolen from Eugene. Police found multiple other items, such as checkbooks, credit cards and clothing that appeared to be stolen. The couple was lodged in jail for unauthorized use of a vehicle, and the woman was charged with using another's license, providing false information to police and theft by receiving. Additional charges are under investigation.

Saturday 1:11 p.m. — Police found a man staggering on the sidewalk of the 200 block of East Main Street. He was intoxicated to a point where he was in and out of consciousness. He was transported to Ashland Community Hospital and cited for minor in possession of alcohol and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Saturday 1:41 p.m. — Police cited a juvenile for skateboarding on the plaza.

Saturday 3:37 p.m. — Police arrested a 23-year-old man for damaging his neighbor's front door by throwing his skateboard at it, causing damage in excess of $50.

Saturday 8:31 p.m. — Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Maple Way and confiscated a marijuana pipe and water bong discovered during the investigation.

Saturday 11:16 p.m. — Police cited a woman for unnecessary noise on the 800 block of Blackberry Lane.

Sunday 1:34 a.m. — Police arrested a 32-year-old woman for driving under the influence of intoxicants at the intersection of East Main and First streets.

Sunday 11:50 a.m. — Police cited a woman for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana near the intersection of Clay and Diane streets.

Sunday 3:20 p.m. — Police responded to a report of several trees being vandalized at Clay Street and Chitwood Lane between 1:30 and 2 a.m. on Sunday.

Sunday 4:40 p.m. — Police found a man at the skate park on the 200 block of Water Street who was too intoxicated to care for himself. He was lodged at detox.

Sunday 7:01 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision on Wightman Street near Siskiyou Boulevard. One driver was cited for failing to yield while entering a roadway and caused estimated damage in excess of $1,500.

Sunday 7:19 p.m. — Police arrested a 33-year-old woman for fourth-degree assault and physical harassment of her boyfriend about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday on the 200 block of Hersey Street. The woman was lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
