At Weed, Calif., Henley, a Class 4A invitee into the Southern Sky Conference tournament, easily won a nine-hole SSC tournament at Shastina Golf Resort Monday.

Henley's Jessica Butler carded a 9-over 45 to earn medalist honors in the tourney, which was reduced to nine holes because of weather conditions.

Butler's teammate, Alli Prue, had the second-lowest mark (47) and was the only other player to break 50.

Ashland came in second, led by a 52 from Emily Warnke-Crary, while Katie DeWitt had a team-best 55 for Crater, which finished third.

Although Eagle Point didn't field a complete team, Lisa Drake came away with a 53, the fourth-best score overall.
