Officers made a traffic violation stop for a vehicle that was driving the wrong way on Madrone Street (a one-way street) near Frances Lane. The driver's license was suspended and he was not able to provide proof of insurance. He was issued a citation for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, he was warned for failure to obey one-way designation and the vehicle was impounded.




Monday, 8:50 a.m. &

A woman reported three vehicles belonging to her family members were unlawfully entered. The crimes occurred between 8:30 p.m. on Sunday and 8:30 a.m. on Monday.




Monday, 3:12 p.m. &

Ashland police department assisted community works in transporting an Ashland high school student to the RVMC psychiatric care unit, at the request of the student.




Monday, 5:23 p.m. &

Officers responded to a report of an unlawful entry to a moving vehicle at the 800 block of Hillview. A resident of the street mentioned that there was a guitar in the bushes at the house across the street. Police collected the guitar, and went door to door and located the owner. He was also the victim of unlawful entry to a moving vehicle; he said the only thing stolen was the guitar.




Monday, 6 p.m. &

A man reported that someone entered his unlocked vehicle and rummage through the various compartments. Nothing was stolen. In addition there were three other unlawful entry to moving vehicles on this street.
