Sunday, 11:28 a.m. A man was cited and released for possession of less than — ounce of marijuana.




Monday, 8:23 a.m. &

Officers responded to a report of a burglary at the Zen Den, 280 East Hersey Street

11. A front window was broken and an assortment of glass pipes and spoons were stolen. While investigating the burglary, police located marijuana that was being grown and dried inside the business. A consent search was conducted where psilocybin mushrooms were located along with more marijuana residue. All items were seized as evidence and the owner of business was cited and released charging manufacturing and possession of controlled substances.




Monday, 1:55 p.m. &

A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. It was determined that the vehicle was not insured as required in Oregon. The owner was cited and his vehicle was impounded.




Tuesday, 1:32 a.m. &

A car was stopped for careless driving on Siskiyou Boulevard near Omar's. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, she took a breath test with a result of .15% blood alcohol level. She was cited and released to a sober adult.




Tuesday, 8:40 a.m. &

Ashland High School reported having a juvenile male in custody for unlawful possession of marijuana. The juvenile was cited and released to appear in Juvenile court.
