Hot, busy and preoccupied, I drove down East Main and barely noticed a couple sitting in the cemetery. It hit me when I looked again through my rearview mirror. I turned around to get the shot, mainly because of the location.

I thought to myself, why in the world would a couple take a break in a cemetery?

But once out of the car, I immediately understood. It was 85 degrees, the wind was calm, birds chirping off in the distance, and the tree canopy provided the perfect setting for Emma and Reid, who stopped to take time out for each other.

See you soon,
