Children's science event set at Ashland library

 Posted: 11:45 AM July 01, 2014

Children will be able to sculpt using fizzing chemical reactions and make creations they can take home at 1:45 p.m. today at the Ashland library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd.

ScienceWorks volunteers will help kids 7 and older explore the roles of acids and bases in our world in this hands-on lab. Today's activity is part of the library's "Fizz, Boom, Read" summer reading program.
