There will be a class on beneficial insects and agricultural biodiversity ethics from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, at Historic Hanley Farm, 1053 Hanley Road, Central Point.
The biology and identification of beneficial insects will be touched on, along with information on practices northwest farmers use to keep beneficial bugs, including native pollinators, on the farm. Bring a hand lens and an insect net if you have them.
