Local gas prices higher than state, national averages

PORTLAND — The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Oregon is $3.69.
That's up 3 cents in a week and 18 cents in a month, but a penny lower than a year ago in the state. The current price in Oregon is 11 cents higher than the national average.
The average in the Medford-Ashland area was $3.74, in today's AAA survey. Eugene-Springfield's average was even higher at $3.75.
Other averages were $3.69 in Portland and $3.68 in Salem.
