Police reports

Friday, 7:16 p.m., Police took a report of a jeep striking a fire hydrant on the 100 block of N. Main Street.

Friday, 8:03 p.m., Police responded to a motor vehicle collision in a parking lot in the 400 block of Lithia Way.

Friday, 9:17 p.m., A 29-year-old man was arrested on theft charges in the 1600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.

Friday, 10:13 p.m., Police assisted in the arrest of another agency's felony suspect in the 200 block of Oak Street.

Saturday, 1:16 a.m., A 56-year-old man was arrested on failure to appear on a theft charge warrant in the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.

Saturday, 2:27 a.m., A 24-year-old man was arrested on DUII charges at N. Pioneer Street and B Street.

Saturday, 3:45 p.m., A 28-year-old man was cited on physical harassment charges in the 500 block of Clay Street.

Saturday, 5:51 p.m., A 36-year-old woman was arrested on charges of theft, identity theft, providing false information to an officer and violating a restraining order in the 2200 block of Ashland Street. She was lodged in Jackson County Jail.

Monday, 12:23 a.m., Two women, ages 19 and 21, were cited for furnishing alcohol to minors and unnecessary noise in the 1200 block of Ashland Mine Road.

Monday, 11:11 a.m., Police towed a vehicle from the roadway and the driver was cited for not having a valid license in the 400 block of Lithia Way.

Monday, 3:57 p.m., A case of identity theft was reported in the 2000 block of Wine Street.

Monday, 10:49 p.m., A 25-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges of assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer and escape in the first block of N. Main Street.
