Talent police are investigating a Sunday night mini crime spree in which almost two dozen unlocked vehicles were entered, but little was taken, authorities said.
The rash of activity included 22 reports of vehicles entered sometime late Sunday or early Monday, and each one involved a vehicle that was unlocked, according to the Talent Police Department.
Most were in the subdivisions on the southwest side of town between Rapp and Wagner roads, Talent police Sgt. Jennifer Snook said.
Most of the victims reported their glove boxes rifled through but not many items were reported stolen, and many valuable items were either overlooked or left behind, Snook said. One victim, however, lost a wallet, a radar detector and an iPod, Snook said.
Snook said police believe all the cases are related and the investigation will continue.
