Avista Corp., the natural gas provider for Southern Oregon, is offering customers a variety of ways to pay energy bills.
Options include a flexible payment plan if a customer is having difficulties paying energy bills. The company can spread bills over the course of 12 equal payments, and it can bill on preferred due dates, giving customers the ability to specify dates for monthly payments.
Avista also offers energy assistance programs and online energy management tools, such as the bill analyzer or home energy advisor to help customers monitor energy use.
