The 30th Annual Thanksgiving Interfaith Celebration is planned for 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday in Wesley Hall, behind the First United Methodist Church, 175 N. Main St., Ashland.

This year's theme is "A Long Standing Tradition." Speakers will honor the long-standing tradition of the Interfaith Celebration and the many faiths that are represented, including Christian, Sufi, Pagan, Hindu, Tao, Buddhist, Jewish, New Thought and more.

Organizers are collecting blankets or sleeping bags for the homeless at the free event.

For more information, call the Rev. Ruth Kirby at 541-482-1025. The celebration is sponsored by the Rogue Valley Interfaith Ministries.
