The Stamps at Paddy Brannan's

 Posted: 12:40 PM September 25, 2013

The Stamps' original sound is mostly alternative rock with "a little bit of country, a little bit of jazz, a little bit of ska, and a little bit of punk and funk," says guitarist and frontman Robbie Lindauer.

"We've been described as alternative hillbillies," he adds.

The band, featuring Lindauer, drummer Sam Sturgeon, bassist Nick Davis and guest guitarist Robbie DaCosta, will play at 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, at Paddy Brannan's Irish Pub, 23 S. Second St., Ashland. There is no cover charge. Call 541-488-7973.
