Monday, 9:19 a.m. — 56-year-old man was arrested on a charge of theft for stealing a bicycle on the 400 block of East Main Street.
Monday, 8:25 p.m. — 35-year-old man and 26-year-old man were cited for drinking in public and open container in public on North Main Street.
Monday, 9:54 p.m. — A man was taken into protective custody on North Main street.
