Augie was devoted to his family. When his mother had been in the United States for 54 years he took her to her homeland in 1966 to see her sisters and brothers. Loving to travel, Augie and Anita made numerous trips to Europe and he had been in all 50 of the United States. He was an avid reader and a Mr.-Fix-It. He enjoyed the friendship of many and his outgoing personality and friendly smile are greatly missed. A celebration of his life will be at a future time.
