Friday, 1:22 a.m. — 24-year-old was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol after he was found to be too impaired to safely operate a motor vehicle.

Friday, 3:54 a.m. — Officers investigated a burglary at Albertson's at 2301 Ashland Street.

Friday, 11:39 a.m. — Police investigated a report of a possible restraining order violation.

Saturday, 10:51 a.m. — 36-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant out of Curry County with an original charge of unlawful possession of marijuana. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Saturday, 3:04 p.m. — 22-year-old man was cited for having an open container of alcohol on the 200 block of Water Street.

Saturday, 5:10 p.m. — A man was arrested on charges of second-degree trespass and cited for unlawful possession of less than an ounce of marijuana on the 500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.

Saturday, 6:35 p.m. — 29-year-old man was arrested on an Ashland Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a third-degree criminal mischief charge. He was lodged in jail.

Saturday, 7:55 p.m. — 49-year-old man was cited for having an open container of alcohol in public on Lithia Way and Pioneer Street.

Saturday, 9:24 p.m. — 25-year-old man was cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana on Siskiyou Boulevard and Beach Street.

Sunday, 3:26 a.m. — 30-year-old man was arrested on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest on the 100 block of Lincoln Street.

Sunday, 12:14 p.m. — 40-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody and lodged in jail.

Sunday, 1:59 p.m. — 34-year-old man was arrested on two misdemeanor warrants from Josephine County. He was lodged in jail.

Sunday, 6:15 p.m. — 43-year-old man was arrested on an Ashland Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a persistent violator complaint charge. He was lodged in jail.
