    Grizzlies fall to Sisters

    Also for the Grizzlies (1-5) against Sisters, Grace Lenthe hit a run-scoring single and Gianni Pippa-Baker an RBI double.
    Ashland will play its final Spring Break game today.

    College Track and Field
    An event title and two Cascade Collegiate Conference qualifying marks on Saturday earned Southern Oregon junior Mikayla Garrard CCC Red lion Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week honors, the conference announced Monday.
    Garrard posted season-best times in both the 200- and 400-meter races, finishing first overall in the 400 and second in the 200. Her time of 25.67 seconds in the 200 was a hundreth of a second off her career-best time in the event and qualified her for the conference meet in May. Her 400 time of 57.92 was .14 seconds behind her career-best time and was also a conference qualifier. She also competed on the Raiders 4x100 relay team that finished second at the Chico State Wildcat Invitational.
    Southern Oregon returns to action this weekend at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.
