Police reports

Monday, 9:48 a.m. — A juvenile was cited for possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and minor in possession of tobacco on the 700 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.

Monday, 12:49 p.m. — 32-year-old man was arrested and lodged in Jackson County Jail on a charges of first-degree burglary, menacing and a probation violation on the 100 block of East Main Street.

Monday, 5:44 p.m. — 41-year-old man was arrested on the 2300 block of Siskiyou Boulevard for an outstanding warrant from the Jackson County Circuit Court, he was also charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal trespass, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Monday, 7:25 p.m. — Four tires were stolen from the bed of a pick-up truck on the 400 block of Walker Avenue.

Monday, 11:48 p.m. — 46-year-old man was arrested on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest in the 30 block of North Main Street.

Tuesday, 12:19 a.m. — 24-year-old woman was cited for scattering rubbish after she was allegedly observed urinating near the fountain in the Black Swan Plaza at 100 East Main Street.

Tuesday, 2:54 a.m. — Police investigated a burglary to a business in the 1600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.

Tuesday, 3:44 a.m. — 25-year-old man was arrested on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass and 21-year-old man was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after they were allegedly found trespassing on the Oregon Shakespeare Festival property. The 25-year-old was lodged in jail and the 21-year-old was cited to appear in Ashland Municipal Court.
