A free introduction to genealogy called "Putting the Fun in Fundamentals" is available for anyone interested in beginning a genealogy project.
The class will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon Monday, March 18, at the Jackson County Genealogy Library, 3405 S. Pacific Highway, Medford.
The Rogue Valley Genealogy Society will teach the class and will cover information for beginners, including filling out an ancestor chart and learning what documents are useful for creating a family tree.
