Police and fire reports February 6

Police reports

Monday, 1:17 a.m. — 34-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after he was found to be too impaired to operate a motor vehicle. He was cited and released on a charge of DUII and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, open container of alcohol and careless driving.

Monday, 2 p.m. — Police responded to a report of reckless burning.

Monday, 11:40 p.m. — 38-year-old woman was arrested on charges of second-degree trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a schedule I controlled substance (synthetic marijuana). A 34-year-old man was arrested on charges of first-degree trespass and providing false information to a police officer. Both were lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Tuesday, 4:04 a.m. — 34-year-old man was arrested for biking under the influence after crashing his bike in the middle of A and Fourth Streets. He was transported to Ashland Community Hospital by Ashland Fire and Rescue where he was treated for his injuries. He was cited and released at the hospital for DUII (bicycle).

Tuesday, 5:46 a.m. — 34-year-old man was arrested on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear on methamphetamine and harassment charges.

Fire reports

Monday, 11:45 a.m. — EMS call to the 200 block of Holiday Lane.

Monday, 12:25 p.m. — EMS call to the 3300 block of Highway 66.

Monday, 1:24 p.m. — EMS call to the 500 block of North Main Street.

Tuesday, 4:05 a.m. — EMS call to A and Fourth Streets.

Tuesday, 5:05 a.m. — EMS call to the 100 block of Maple Street.
