On Feb. 1, 33 AHS students competed at the Southern Oregon Regional Acting Competition at South Eugene HS with 27 other Oregon high schools. Twenty-nine of the AHS actors won awards, and many qualified for State Acting Competition to be held in Salem on April 4 and others won finalist ribbons. This marks the most wins ever for AHS Theatre, according to AHS theater instructor Betsy Bishop.
