Police reports
Monday, 1:29 a.m. — 24-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants at the intersection of Beach Street and Larkin Lane.
Monday, 12 p.m. — Officers responded to a theft report on B Street.
Monday, 12:27 p.m. — Police received the report of fraud.
Monday, 12:40 p.m. — Police assisted the Oregon Department of Human Services for a child welfare check.
Fire reports
Monday, 10:54 a.m. — Motor vehicle accident with no injuries at Siskiyou Boulevard and Palm Avenue.
Monday, 12:43 p.m. — EMS call to the 200 block of Tolman Creek Road.
Monday, 2:04 p.m. — EMS call to the 1200 block of Ashland Street.
