Build with Legos at Ashland library

 Posted: 12:05 PM January 02, 2013

Youngsters are invited to build Lego castles at the Ashland library children's department from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Jan. 6 and the first Sunday of every month.

Kids ages 5 and up are invited to the library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd. Each month volunteer Helga Motley will teach children a different building skill. January's project is to create castles. Children are encouraged to play with the provided blocks and then leave them to be used again next month.

The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Ashland Public Library. Call the Ashland Children's Department at 541-774-6995 for more information or visit www.jcls.org.
