Joining the parade of companies distributing dividends in advance of higher tax rates going into effect in January, Medford-based Lithia Motors said it was paying a 10 cents per share fourth-quarter 2012 dividend this month.
The dividend from the nation's ninth-largest auto retailer will be paid Dec. 28 to shareholders of record on Dec. 14. Lithia typically disperses its fourth-quarter dividend in March.
