The singer, songwriter and guitarist will perform his fusion of Mississippi blues and Indian raga at 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at the Unitarian Fellowship, 87 Fourth St. Manx's style was forged in blues clubs in Toronto then with Vishwa Mohan Bhatt in India. His 20-string Mohan veena, a cross between a guitar and sitar, is Manx's signature instrument. Tickets cost $20 in advance and are available at Music Coop in Ashland and or by calling 541-535-3562.
