The Rotary Club of Ashland Lithia Springs will accept applications for its 2012-13 Community Grants program through midnight Monday, Oct. 15.
The program provides funding opportunities for youth programs and activities throughout the Rogue Valley, a news release said.
Grants of up to $1,000 will be awarded to nonprofit youth organizations, schools, or governmental agencies for programs that actively engage and benefit Rogue Valley youth 18 and younger. Grants must be used directly by the applying organization.
The grant guidelines and application form are available on the club's website at www.lithiaspringsrotary.org, on its Facebook page, or by emailing the club secretary at email@example.com.
Recipients will be notified by Nov. 1.
Last year, the program awarded grants to 11 area organizations, directly benefiting over 5,000 children and teens.
