Gas prices continue to hover around $4 statewide

PORTLAND, Ore. — The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Oregon is $3.99.
That's up 2 cents in a week and down 3 cents from a month ago. It's 21 cents higher than the national average.
Some metro prices from the AAA's Monday survey:
Portland $3.96, Salem $3.97, Eugene-Springfield $4, and Medford-Ashland $4.03.
