A funeral parlor in a small town is the setting for three darkly funny and touching short plays by playwright Jeffrey hatcher. "Tell-Tale" explores the private thoughts of a respectably married morticiian lost in his passion for a real estate broker who markets to the bereaved. "Thief of Tears" centers around MacTeague, who steal jewelry from the deceased. "Thirteen Things About Ed Carpolotti" is the story of newly widowed and hapless Virginia, who's husband's death has her buried in debt.
