The Rogue Valley Growers & Crafters Markets open this week for the 25th year.
The start of the market season offers greens such as kale, mustard greens, spinach and chard; leeks, onions and carrots; bedding plants and vegetable starts; eggs, cheese, meat, honey, jam, baked goods and other specialty foods; as well as many unique hand-made crafts.
The Rogue Valley Growers & Crafters Market is open from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Ashland National Guard Armory and Thursdays at the Medford Armory.
The markets accept Oregon Trail, debit and credit cards, as well as cash.
Great local prizes will be given away at markets in Ashland and Medford this season, check the information booth for details.
The Saturday markets in Ashland and Medford are set to open May 5.
