Police reports July 13

Friday 8:12 a.m. — A counselor at Lithia Springs Boy's Home reported a juvenile as a runaway.

Friday 8:42 a.m. — A man was taken into protective custody on the 600 block of Normal Avenue and transported to Jackson County Mental Health after police determined he was a danger to others.

Friday 10:22 a.m. — A 23-year-old man was arrested on Winburn Way on the power of three Ashland warrants. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Friday 12:06 p.m. — Police arrested an 18-year-old woman for probation violation on Siskiyou Boulevard.

Friday 2:48 p.m. — A person reported a restraining order violation in the Ashland area. The case is currently under investigation.

Friday 4:17 p.m. — Four male juveniles were found in an unoccupied residence on Holly Street. The residents were out of town, and the juveniles unlawfully entered and remained there.

Friday 5:13 p.m. — Police responded to a domestic dispute on Garfield Street after a man violated a no-contact order and assaulted, harassed and kidnapped his ex-girlfriend. The man fled on foot prior to police arrival, and police are still searching for him.

Friday 10:40 p.m. — Police arrested a 24-year-old man for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended on Beach Street after the man was seen committing the crime of offensive littering. He was transported to Ashland Police Department where he blew a .14 BAC and was cited and released to a sober adult.

Friday 11:17 p.m. — Police arrested a 20-year-old man on Calle Guanajuato and Winburn Way for failing to appear in court on a Medford theft case. The man attempted to evade the arrest and was lodged at Jackson County Jail. He was additionally charged with resisting arrest and escape.

Friday 11:17 p.m. — A male juvenile was found intoxicated and in possession of an open can of beer on Calle Guanajuato and Winburn ways. He was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and was transported home.

Saturday 2:22 a.m. — A 28-year-old man was arrested for criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest after he spat on a police car on Will Dodge Way and attempted to flee the area. The man later attempted to bribe an officer for money in exchange for his release, and was additionally charged for giving a bribe. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail.

Saturday 1:24 p.m. — Unknown persons entered a residence at the 200 block of Wightman Street and stole two computers, a camera and a firewire cable.

Saturday 1:35 p.m. — Police responded to a single vehicle accident on Ridge Road in which a single vehicle was driven off the road. There were no injuries.

Saturday 8:35 p.m. — Police arrested a 32-year-old man at the 100 block of North Laurel Street for a Washington County warrant charging probation violation for failure to report. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Saturday 9:57 p.m. — Police received a confidential report of child abuse in the Ashland area.

Sunday 12:33 a.m. — Police arrested a 21-year-old woman for disorderly conduct on East Main and Oak streets.

Sunday 2:34 p.m. — Police arrested a 57-year-old woman for driving under the influence of alcohol on Ashland Street and Clover Lane after Oregon State Police received numerous complaints of reckless driving and police observed her failing to maintain a lane. She was cited and released to a sober adult.

Sunday 11:27 p.m. — Police received a report of theft at the 2300 block of Ashland Street. A known man was subsequently cited and released for theft in the third degree.

Sunday 11:51 p.m. — Police took a man into protective custody at the 1700 block of Homes Avenue and transported him to detox.

Friday 7:34 a.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 500 block of North Main Street.

Friday 8:33 a.m. — AF&R responded to a natural vegetation fire at the 200 block of North Main Street.

Friday 8:43 a.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 2000 block of Highway 99 North.

Friday 12:16 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 300 block of Meadow Drive.

Friday 2:15 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 400 block of Williamson Way.

Friday 2:24 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 200 block of Maple Street.

Friday 2:57 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 200 block of Grant Street.

Friday 4:13 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 200 block of Tolman Creek Road.

Friday 5:18 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency on Garfield Street.

Friday 11:13 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 18000 block of Dead Indian Memorial Road.

Saturday 7:13 a.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 100 block of Maple Street.

Saturday 1:36 p.m. — AF&R responded to a motor vehicle crash on Ridge Road. There were no injuries.

Sunday 10:16 a.m. — AF&R responded to a motor vehicle crash with injuries at the 7300 block of Highway 66.

Sunday 11:37 a.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 200 block of West Wagner Street.

Sunday 12:28 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 700 block of North Main Street.

Sunday 5:10 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the Shop'n Kart on Ashland Street.

Sunday 7:05 p.m. — AF&R responded to a flammable liquid spill on North Main and Granite streets.

Sunday 7:21 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 800 block of Cypress Point Loop.

Sunday 8:27 p.m. — AF&R responded to a medical emergency at the 200 block of Maple Street.
