  • Thursday 2:15 p.m. — A citizen turned in a camera found in the Ashland area.
    Thursday 11:43 p.m. — An Ashland police officer assisted a Talent police officer by conducting a drug evaluation on East Main Street.
    Friday 1:53 a.m. — Police arrested a 25-year-old woman for driving under the influence of intoxicants during a traffic stop on Siskiyou Boulevard and Garfield Street. She was cited and released to a sober adult.
    Friday 2:40 a.m. — Police arrested a 21-year-old man for furnishing alcohol to minors after he hosted a party where minors were present at the 500 block of Weller Lane. Additionally, a 19-year-old woman was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and offensive littering after she refused to pick up a beer bottle she had thrown.
    Friday 4:34 a.m. — A 23-year-old man was cited for trespassing after he entered a woman's residence on California Street while she was sleeping.
    Friday 7:31 p.m. — Police impounded a 32-year-old woman's vehicle after she was found to have a suspended license during a traffic stop on North First and East Main streets. The vehicle plates were also confiscated after they were found to belong to a different vehicle.
    Friday 7:49 p.m. — Police cited a 30-year-old man for possession of an open container of alcohol and trespassing after he failed to leave Albertson's when told to do so by store management.
    Saturday 2:30 a.m. — Police arrested a 25-year-old man on the power of a Linn County warrant on Siskiyou Boulevard. He was cited to appear at the Linn County Justice Court and released.
    Saturday 2:30 a.m. — Police cited a 25-year-old man for criminal mischief after he was seen running down the sidewalk along the 400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard kicking lawn chairs people had set up for the Fourth of July parade into the street.
    Saturday 7:37 a.m. — Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Stadium and Webster streets.
    Saturday 11:51 a.m. — A woman found a wallet near Helman Elementary School. Police returned it to its owner.
    Saturday 2:23 p.m. — Police arrested a 24-year-old man after he was found to have a warrant for his arrest on East Main Street.
    Saturday 9:10 p.m. — A woman was taken into protective custody and transported to Rogue Valley Medical Center after she threatened suicide on Siskiyou Boulevard.
    Saturday 10:41 p.m. — Police arrested a 22-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman for trespassing after they were found on the roof of Walker Elementary School. They were cited and released.
    Saturday 10:56 p.m. — Police cited a 19-year-old man for minor in possession of alcohol at the 200 block of Walker Avenue.
    Saturday 11:30 p.m. — Police arrested a 46-year-old man after he was found to have a Medford warrant on Water Street. He was additionally charged with unlawful possession of prescription medications.
    Sunday 12:08 a.m. — Police attempted to arrest a 19-year-old man for interfering with police during an incident earlier in the day, but he physically resisted being placed into custody. Once arrested on Wightman and Quincy streets, he was found to be in possession of someone else's driver's license which he used to make him appear 21 for purchasing alcohol. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail for interfering, resisting arrest and misrepresentation of age by a minor. He was additionally cited for minor in possession of alcohol. A male juvenile also ran away from police after kicking the police patrol bike during the struggle with the 19-year-old man. Police referred him to the juvenile department.
    Sunday 1:20 a.m. — Police found an apparent explosive device attached to a turkey carcass inside a box on Iowa Street and Walker Avenue. The device appeared to be a large bottle wrapped in tape with a fuse coming out at one end. The Oregon State Police Bomb Squad investigated the device, and it was determined to be fake.
    Sunday 2:06 a.m. — Police cited and released a 31-year-old man for trespassing and disorderly conduct after he attempted to start a fight at the Vinyl Club and refused to leave after being told to do so by the business.
    Sunday 2:20 a.m. — A crowbar was thrown through the window of a parked car on East Main Street.
    Sunday 2:20 a.m. — Police received a report of disorderly conduct at the Vinyl Club on Will Dodge Way.
    Sunday 3:56 a.m. — Police cited a 19-year-old man for urinating in public and interfering with a police officer on Quincy and Wightman streets.
    Sunday 8:01 p.m. — Police arrested a 45-year-old woman for menacing on Granite Street.
    Monday 3:55 a.m. — A man was transported to detox on North Main Street.
