  • An Oregon woman driving northbound in the southbound lanes of I-5 south of Canyonville drove nearly 20 miles before she was intercepted by Oregon State Police. Spikes were used to stop the vehicle.

  • A Glendale woman was lodged in jail Saturday morning after being treated at a hospital following an early Saturday morning incident in which she drove nearly 20 miles the wrong way on Interstate 5 between Glendale and Canyonville. Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers and Douglas County sheriff deputies were able to get her vehicle stopped using spike strips after closing the southbound lanes at two locations.
