HOUSTON'S CUSTOM FRAMING AND FINE ART: 270 E. Main St., houstoncustomframing.com, 482-1983. As part of the Ashland Independent Film Festival, the gallery will feature the photographic prints of Harrod Blank from his book, "Art Cars," and the film "Automorphosis." Blank's interactive Camera Van also will be displayed.

ILLAHE DESIGN STUDIOS AND GALLERY: 215 Fourth St., illahetile.com, 488-5072. Works by painter and printmaker Dan Welden, photographer and printmaker Cathy DeForest and photographer and mixed media artist Nancy Bardos.

JEGA GALLERY AND SCULPTURE GARDEN: 625 A St., jega4art.com, 488-2474. "Reading the Walls," an exhibit of bricolage by Wilkins-O'Riley Zinn.
