Thursday, 12:01 a.m. — An adult male driver was stopped for a traffic violation. He was arrested for DUII. He was cited and released to a sober adult.
Wednesday, 6 p.m. — A male driver turned in front of a bicyclist, who hit the passenger side of the vehicle.
Wednesday, 4:28 p.m. — Police viewed graffiti on the front wall of Atomica.
Wednesday, 2:37 p.m. — Officers viewed graffiti on a railroad electrical box at the east end of Railroad Park on A Street.
Wednesday, 9:04 a.m. — Police responded with Ashland Fire and Rescue to a report of an unconscious male in the 900 block of Ashland Street. It was determined the male was deceased. The case is under investigation.
Wednesday, 8:58 a.m. — Officers received a report of fraudulent use of a credit card. The total value of the transactions was listed at $262.90.
Wednesday, 8:09 a.m. — The operator of a blue and black ford F250 diesel pickup with Washington State plates, towing a large white boat, stole $90.52 worth of diesel by driving away from the Chevron station without paying for the fuel.
Tuesday, 9:30 p.m. — Someone stole a set of keys from an unsecured Forest Hall dorm room at SOU.
