The Ashland Daily Tidings' Man on the Street asks the question:
"The City of Ashland is investing in a solar energy project. Residents can voluntarily invest also by paying $825 for one of 363 solar panels that will be installed on a city building on N. Mountain Ave.
What do you think about the city's new project and would you be willing to purchase one of the panels?"
